Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Visual Clicker - Auto Clicker mobile application (the "Service" or "Application") operated by Visual Clicker ("Us", "We", or "Our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of the terms, then You may not access the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Visual Clicker - Auto Clicker is an Android automation utility designed to simulate human interactions (clicks, swipes, and text insertion) based on fixed screen coordinates or real-time image recognition algorithms. The Application utilizes advanced system permissions, including the AccessibilityService API to execute gestures and the MediaProjection API for continuous screen capture to perform automated analysis.

2. Accessibility Service and Device Permissions

By enabling the Application, You grant explicit permission for the Service to use the Android AccessibilityService and "Display Over Other Apps" (Overlay) permissions. You acknowledge that:

  • The AccessibilityService is strictly used to dispatch physical-grade clicks, macros, and inputs on Your behalf.
  • The screen contents processed via MediaProjection are analyzed locally on Your device in real-time for automated visual matching and are not transmitted to any external servers owned by Us.
  • You are solely responsible for turning off the automation engine when entering sensitive applications (e.g., banking apps, password managers).

3. Cloud Synchronization and Google Drive Integration

The Application includes features allowing users to export, import, and sync their custom action layouts, macros, settings, and profile progress ("Save Files") using the Google Drive API.

  • User-Owned Storage: All automated synchronization operations interact directly with Your personal Google Drive storage (such as the restricted appDataFolder or designated configuration directories). We do not own, manage, or host these files on external proprietary servers.
  • Data Liability: We are not responsible for any file corruption, data loss, or synchronization conflicts that may occur during communication with Google Drive services. You are encouraged to handle your cloud integration responsibly.

4. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases, and VIP Status

Certain features of the Application, such as the JavaScript script execution engine, custom script configurations, and ad-free interfaces, are restricted to users with active Premium or VIP Status managed via VipManager.

  • Billing: All financial transactions, subscriptions (monthly, yearly), and lifetime upgrades are processed securely through the Google Play Billing API.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through the Google Play Store subscription management system. Refunds are governed strictly by the Google Play Store Refund Policy. We do not manually handle direct financial reimbursements.
  • Ad-Supported Access: Non-VIP accounts may access limited services or unlock temporary VIP privileges by watching Rewarded Ads provided through authorized ad networks (e.g., AdMob).

5. Prohibited Uses and User Conduct

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using the Service to manipulate, cheat, or violate the terms of service of third-party applications, games, or platforms. You acknowledge that using auto-clickers in certain apps may result in account bans from those platforms, and We hold no liability for such occurrences.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Application or its underlying modules (including the coordinate calculation models or image recognition logic).
  • Bypassing or attempting to bypass the BillingManager or VipStatusManager restrictions to unlock Premium/VIP benefits fraudulently.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its original content, architecture, UI layouts, visual indicators (such as the VisualFeedbackOverlay), custom floating menus, logo design, and codebase, remains the exclusive property of Visual Clicker and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

In no event shall the Company, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, third-party application account suspensions, or hardware performance degradation resulting from continuous screen analysis or simulated gesture stress inputs.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our VIP services or features immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use Premium features will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When updates occur, we will adjust the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Application after adjustments indicates absolute compliance with the modified terms.
